To all Clients, Suppliers, Staff – Family & Friends,<\/strong><\/h4>\n

With the rising concerns over COVID-19 we wanted to let everyone know how concerned Marketrix<\/strong> and Zemra<\/strong> are and have updated our in house and out of house policies and procedures during this unpredictable time. Our health and safety policies are even more important now then ever and we are responding to this urgent crisis.<\/p>\n

Our top priority is the well-being of our staff, clients and suppliers. Hence, we are implementing even stricter sanitation practices and procedures in our production facility and screening our suppliers and their updated safety mandates in handling the COVID-19 in their facility\u2019s daily basis.<\/p>\n

\u2022\u00a0 All equipment is held out of service for 24 hrs after being cleaned and sanitized as the virus on a metal surface will only survive a maximum 12 hours. Wrapping Items once dried so no further contact is made.<\/span><\/em><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022\u00a0 Regular review for best practices of our Cleaning & Health and Safety Policies.<\/span><\/em><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022\u00a0 Meeting with our staff daily, reiterating the importance of these policies and changes.<\/span><\/em><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022\u00a0 Additional sanitation is being carried out in our office and warehouse cleaning facilities.<\/span><\/em><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022\u00a0 All dish cleaning crew are required to wear single use gloves, face masks, and hair guards while handling the dishes, glassware, cutlery and food service items.<\/span><\/em><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022\u00a0 Drivers are required to wear single use gloves for all deliveries.<\/span><\/em><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022\u00a0 An increased supply of hand sanitizing products and the presence.<\/span><\/em><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022\u00a0 Reviewing public updates regarding COVID-19 daily and procedures.<\/span><\/em><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022\u00a0 Our sales staff are following the same precautionary measures and are very accessible via email, phone, text and can be available for a quick meet up if required.<\/span><\/em><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022\u00a0 Our on-call employees will be screened in advance of scheduling, if they are displaying any cold or flu-like symptoms we will not have them come in to work.<\/span><\/em><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Your support and trust in our services during this difficult time is greatly appreciated. We have consulted the World Health Organization’s mandate on getting \u201cYour Workplace Ready for COVID-19\u201d and we have applied it to our business.<\/p>\n

Business Hours and Operation: Marketrix<\/strong> and Zemra<\/strong> will both open for business as usual. Each order and request will be processed on an individual basis. Any contingencies including unavailability, substitutions, delivery and\/ or cancellations based on supplier availability and production timelines and will be provided. Similarly, accommodations will be recommended for alternative options to events including packaging and individual deliveries. We promise to be proactive and transparent about COVID-19 through the WHO and Public Health Canada and will inform our clients if any significant changes are made going forward.<\/p>\n
